How can I create a new account?

If you are an individual customer: Click on My Account on the upper right corner of the screen and then click on Register. You will be able to enter your email address and set a password.

If you are an institutional customer or CCAR member: Please email info@ccarpress.org and let us know that you would like to set up an account. Please provide your contact name, billing address, shipping address (if different from your billing address), and email. Please also provide your tax exemption information if necessary. To do so, first navigate to ccarpress.org. Then, click on My Account on the upper right corner of the screen and then click on Register. Register using the same email address you used for your warehouse account and set a password. You should see your discount (if applicable) reflected once you have items in the shopping cart. If you do not, please contact us at info@ccarpress.org.

How do I access my existing account?

Click on My Account in the upper right corner of the screen and then enter your email address and password to login. If you created an account prior to June 1, 2021, you will need to reset your password when you login for the first time. Please click on My Account and then type in your email address and current password. When you click on Log In, a message will be sent to your email address with a link to reset your password. Click on this link within 90 minutes to set a new password, and then you will be able to login with your new password.
